1. Program Tuition and Fees

Tuition is based on the student's current grade level (see the table above).

Unless otherwise stated during enrollment, these prices apply to APA's supplemental academic program. Additional programs or specialized services may have separate pricing, which will be disclosed before enrollment.

2. Payment

Payment is due at the time of enrollment or according to the payment schedule provided by APA. A student's enrollment may not be considered active until the required payment has been successfully processed.

Parents or guardians are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and contact information.

3. Recurring Payments

If a parent or guardian selects a recurring payment option, the authorized payment method may be charged automatically for each billing period until enrollment is canceled in accordance with APA's cancellation policy.

By selecting automatic payment, the parent or guardian authorizes APA and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided for applicable tuition and authorized fees.

4. Cancellation

Parents or guardians may request cancellation of a student's enrollment by contacting APA. Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next scheduled billing date to avoid charges for the next billing period.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle the parent or guardian to a refund for services already provided or a billing period that has already begun.

5. Refund Policy

Payments for services already delivered are generally non-refundable.

If APA cancels a program or is unable to provide services that have already been paid for, APA may provide a refund, credit, rescheduled service, or other appropriate remedy.

Refund requests involving exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually.

6. Missed Sessions and Attendance

Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions on time.

If a student cannot attend a scheduled session, the parent or guardian should notify APA as early as possible. Missed sessions are not automatically eligible for refunds.

APA may permit a make-up session when scheduling and instructor availability allow.

If APA or an instructor cancels a scheduled session, APA will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session or provide an appropriate credit.

7. Educational Services

APA provides supplemental educational and student support services. Academic improvement depends on several factors, including student attendance, participation, completion of assignments, individual learning needs, and family involvement.

APA does not guarantee a specific grade, test score, admission decision, or other academic outcome.

8. Student and Parent Responsibilities

Parents and guardians agree to provide accurate enrollment information and support regular student participation. Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and other students and to use APA's online platforms appropriately.

APA reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services for serious or repeated inappropriate behavior, misuse of technology, nonpayment, or other substantial violations of program policies.

9. Technology and Virtual Learning

For virtual services, families are responsible for providing appropriate internet access and a compatible computer, tablet, or other device unless APA specifically agrees to provide equipment.

Temporary technical difficulties may occasionally affect online sessions. APA will make reasonable efforts to address technical problems within its control.

10. Changes to Programs or Pricing

APA may periodically modify its programs, schedules, instructors, or tuition rates. Families will be notified of material changes before new rates or significant program changes apply to future billing periods.

11. Third-Party or Education-Funded Payments

When tuition is paid through a scholarship, education savings account, school, charter school, government program, or other third-party funding source, payment and reimbursement may also be subject to that program's rules.

The parent or guardian remains responsible for any portion of the cost that is not approved or covered by the applicable funding program, provided the family was informed of the charge as required.

12. Privacy

APA will use student and family information for legitimate educational, administrative, billing, communication, and program purposes and will handle such information in accordance with applicable law and APA policies.

13. Agreement

By completing enrollment, submitting payment, or selecting “I Agree”, the parent or guardian acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to these Terms and Conditions and any additional program-specific policies disclosed during enrollment.
